damages and issues

please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. if an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

because all yaaqee studio grillz are custom made, we do not accept returns. however, if damage occurs during shipping, we may offer a remake after reviewing the situation.

custom orders and deposits

all grillz and jewelry pieces from yaaqee studio are made to order.

by placing an order and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms of service, policies, and conditions.

all deposits are fully non-refundable. once the order form is signed and a deposit is paid, the order is considered confirmed and production may begin.

by placing an order, you also agree that you are responsible for paying the full remaining balance of the piece. deposits secure your order and reserve production time, and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded.

mistakes when taking molds

if you place and online order adb the mold provided is not taken correctly, you may need to purchase a new mold kit from our website. a precise mold is necessary in order for us to create grillz that fit properly.

fitting

if you receive your grillz and the fit or feel is not correct, we can help adjust them by tightening or loosening the piece.

if the fit still isn’t right, we may ask you to send the piece back so we can assess it. if a new mold is required, we will provide another mold kit at no additional cost.

repairs

after 30 days from the delivery date, yaaqee studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or maintenance of the piece.

it is the responsibility of the customer to properly care for their grillz or jewelry according to the care instructions provided.

repairs after this period may still be possible but may require an additional fee.

gold exchange

we accept gold as credit toward a new piece. if you would like to trade in gold for credit, please contact us for more information.
